Nicole was a beautiful, precious and extremely brave person who will be greatly missed by everyone.
She lived life to the full and based each day on her own moto ' One Life Live It'!
Each morning, regardless of how much pain she was in or how poorly she felt, she refused to give up
the fight and put on her amazing smile and found the strength to carry on. Nicole truely loved life
and she crammed so much into the last 8 months...only two weeks before she passed away she was in
Zanzibar clubbing!!That's our Nicole!!!
Nicole never moaned about anything and never had a bad word to say about anyone. She lived for her
family and friends and had so much love to give to them. When we were feeling low or upset, Nicole
would brighten our day with her little gimmicks and her unique sense of humour!
Nicole made us all promise that if anything should happen to her, that we would not sit around
crying but instead would laugh about all the good memories and precious times we shared with her-
the fun times, the drunken nights...and the mischief!ha!
A beautiful, brave daughter and an amazing and inspirational sister. Our lives will never be the
same again without you babe. Our little baby, taken much too soon.
But our loss is heavens gain and God is so lucky to have her.
Some day Nic, we will all be together again and when that time comes we will pick up where we left
off...so get the drinks in,save us all a stool at the bar and a place on the dance floor!
Thank you for the wonderful 20 years you gave us, the love we shared and the values you taught us.
We will take what you taught us and when we feel like we can't get through the day, we will all
do as you did and put on a smile and a brave face.
Sleep tight my baby, you're finally free to play with the angels.

Smiles and a rainbow
Nicole, you really were an amazing, smiley super star! today we celebrated your life - your wonderful mum, sister and family held an amazing ceremony for you and it was so special! on our way back - after the ceremony you'd never believe it....we were driving home and it was raining and the sun was shining (at the same time) - and a rainbow shone right over the whole of Derby, you will be remembered dearly forever, i can imagine you dancing with the angels whilst listening to Danni's karaoke singing :o) with love Galer xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Im a friend of Little Shanes. I send my condolences to all the family. I turned up at your party at the crown and you became an inspiration to everybody that night, you seemed so brave and always had a smile on your face. All them lads stripping ayyy! Well hope your having fun with male angels. R.I.P Nicole,, you were very brave.

You were such a brave and positive person, you always had a smile on your face...even though you were putting up such a strong fight.
When I went through a tough time at school, I couldnt wait to get to science when I knew you would be there to cheer me up. You always made me smile and laugh no matter how sad I was feeling.
You are an inspiration to me, its such a shame you went to sleep so soon.

Just wanted to say what an amazing person Nicole sounds like. I am a friend of hannah Millingtons. A friend of nicole's. Hannah directed me to this site and I have to say it's amazing that you've found the strength to do this, but as you say it's what Nicole would have wanted, a celebration of her life. I can see why Hannah and Nicole got on so well as they both share the same zest for life and amazing positive outlook.

Crazy, fabulous, beautiful and mostly hungover you were the life and soul day and night, always the one to watch on Monday mornings for new stories.

Lovely Nickynoo, where to start? There's so much I'd like to say and so few words that could begin to express the mixture of emotions we are all feeling. I miss Monday mornings at work, they were always Nicole time when we got to hear and laugh about the weekend's exploits!! You were always the life and soul of everything around you, there's an aching hole where you used to be. I wish that all the people who care for you could have taken an equal share of your suffering, there are so many of us that the pain for each of us would have been hardly there at all.
